Terms of Service

This website, yg.media, is run by Yaser Ghuloom Media (“YG Media”, “we”), a media production and training business registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Contact: yaser@yg.media.

1. What we offer

We sell access to online video courses and learning materials on AI video and image generation, cinematography, editing and colour grading, and photography. Each course is sold separately as a one-time purchase (for example, Course 1 “Welcome to DaVinci Resolve” is BHD 12). Every course includes some free lessons you can watch before buying. We may also sell digital guides. Prices are shown on the Courses page before you pay.

2. Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, taxes and receipts, and provides customer service for payment-related questions. Your card statement may show Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy’s own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

3. One-time purchases and access

• A course is paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• After paying, the course unlocks in your yg.media account (log in with the same email you used to pay) and stays available to you for as long as we offer the course online. If we ever retire a course, we will give at least 60 days’ notice by email.
• Price changes never affect courses you have already bought.

4. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Your account and fair use

• Your access is personal. Do not share your login or give others access.
• Course videos, prompts, project files and guides are owned by YG Media. You may use what you learn, and the prompts and project files, in your own personal and client work. You may not copy, resell, re-upload, or publicly share the lessons or materials.
• We may suspend access if an account is shared or the materials are redistributed.

6. Course content

Lessons are released in stages and we add new lessons over time. We may update or retire individual lessons to keep them current, for example when AI tools change. Third-party tools shown in the lessons (such as DaVinci Resolve or AI video platforms) are not included; you pay for any tools you choose to use.

7. Free resources and waitlist

Free guides and prompt packs on the site are for your personal learning. Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to buy anything.

8. Liability

We teach techniques in good faith but cannot guarantee specific results, income or client outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

10. Changes and contact
