Privacy Policy

This website, yg.media, is run by Yaser Ghuloom Media (“YG Media”, “we”), a media production and training business registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Contact: yaser@yg.media.

What we collect

• Waitlist and sign-up forms: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, the courses you are interested in, and your approximate country and city (from your connection).
• Purchases: when you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, what you bought, and the payment and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
• Visits: simple, anonymous visit counts (pages viewed, country, device type, referring site) to understand what is useful. We do not use advertising trackers.
• Client questionnaires: if you are a production client, the answers you give in a questionnaire we send you.

How we use it

• To send you what you asked for, such as the free prompt pack and course announcements.
• To give you access to courses you paid for and to help with your account.
• To improve the site and the courses.

We will only send marketing messages about our own courses and services, and every email lets you ask to stop.

Who helps us

We use trusted providers to run the site: Netlify (website hosting and data storage), SMTP2GO (sending email), and Lemon Squeezy (payments, as Merchant of Record). They process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or the courses they relate to end. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing yaser@yg.media. We reply within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
