If a course is not right for you, email us within 14 days of buying it and we will refund it in full. No questions asked. Remember that every course has free lessons, so you can try it first.

After a refund, the course is locked again in your account.

Charged by mistake

If you were charged twice or charged in error, we refund the incorrect charge in full at any time.

How to request a refund

Use the refund request form at the bottom of this page while logged in to your yg.media account (or email yaser@yg.media with your order number). Refunds are issued through our reseller Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
